Is this template a test certificate?
The CSV contains a header and one empty row for your own observations. Record the equipment, conditions, tool, unit and reading, then duplicate the row for repeats or retests. No example values or acceptance targets are supplied; use the criteria and any required form for your particular project.

A reading needs enough context to identify the equipment, operating state, measurement setup and instrument used. Keep the quantity, reference and unit alongside the value, then record the applicable acceptance source and any retest. The field groups below help preserve that context without supplying a generic pass value.

Why keep original observations separate?
Retain the raw App export or photograph where appropriate. Use one row per observation, with the same record ID for a series. State whether pressure is gauge or absolute and preserve the actual unit. A blank or missing value is not zero.
Do not overwrite an original reading with the result after maintenance. Record the change and the retest conditions. If a project has a required official form, this CSV supplements it; it does not replace it.
How should customer information be kept off the record?
Use an internal equipment or site reference instead of unnecessary personal information. The website does not receive or store your completed CSV. The template supplements your project records and is not an official regulatory form. Keep any customer-identifying material in your own appropriately managed records, alongside the relevant raw files and permissions.
Which references help interpret the record?
The calibration reference helps distinguish a zero, function check, comparison and calibration record. The measurement guide explains pressure references, vacuum units and temperature relationships. Use the evidence policy to distinguish documentation from physical observations, then keep the relevant source with any conclusion drawn from your own readings.
